Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate small class sizes (average of 12 students) comprised of motivated and high-achieving learners.
- Cultivate an interactive virtual learning environment that challenges advanced students while keeping them actively engaged.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring students at the elementary to middle school level.
- Strong proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms, particularly Zoom.
- An ability to motivate and encourage students to think critically about mathematical concepts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is mandatory; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience working with advanced or gifted elementary math students is highly desirable.
